It renders Nordic consulting and advisory, in collaboration with government agencies and advisory firms across the Nordic region and Singapore. Scandi Insight's core is strategy advisory and facilitation of business and capital to the Nordics.

 

Yngvar Christophersen is your focal point in Scandi Insight AS, and he will personally manage all assignments. He is a seasoned executive with 30 years of international financial and advisory experience from London, Oslo and Singapore. 

 

While based in Singapore, he was the Asia Representative of Herkules Capital, a leading Nordic private equity funds manager with an aggregated capital base of USD 2 billion, see www.herkulescapital.no.

 

He has acted as financial advisor in 9 M&A transactions (3 sell-side, 2 buy-side and 4 mergers), of which 6 have been beyond USD 250 million.

He has been chair or director of 14 corporate and non-profit boards and is currently available for new assignments.

Yngvar Christophersen holds an MS in management from MIT's Sloan School and an AMP from Harvard Business School.

 

He has worked for several large financial institutions, including Citibank, SEB, and most recently as head of mergers & acquisitions at DNB. He has practiced in most areas of financial services, like capital markets, corporate finance, corporate banking, retail banking, and private banking. He has incepted several successful start ups and served as chosen adviser on corporate finance, new business development, and corporate restructuring.

Mr. Christophersen is also a best-selling author and has extensive lecturing experience. He believes that words may ignite people, and that he is successful only when his clients are.
